I was frantic because another bank had taken money out of my account unauthorized and went to put a stop payment and Shirley was so nice and helpful and reassured me this would quickly take effect and the problem would be solved. Called to make appt. and the person never made the appt so when I showed up the personal banker made it seem like she was doing me a favor. All she did was complain how much work they have since covid-19, having to answer the phone and emails. Taking business elsewhere."
