"Anne was very nice and professional the day we had an appointment with her. Dale had a couple pieces of info he needed to get . Got them and returned today December 6 and ended up meeting with Sarai . She is the most unfriendly and unprofessional insurance agent I have ever met. She said we needed something else from the drug store. I attempted to call drugstore twice and they couldn't hear me. The whole time she's sitting there undeniably aggravated. Smarted off as Dale was on the phone with drugstore about what she needed. She had sat and blew and huffed several times before like we were an inconvenience to her. Mind you we hadn't been there 10 minutes. When she smarted off AGAIN I got up and walked out encouraging Dale to do the same. I apologized for keeping her from whatever else she wanted to do. We won't go back. Can't stand rude people."

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have had to file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner to get my auto insurance straightened out in order to get my tag reinstated. I have called Anne Rose Insurance Agency over a dozen times and sent emails to them for months and they have never responded!!! Buyers beware!!! There is no accountability in this office whatsoever!! In my opinion you're better off going directly to the insurance company and skipping the clowns all together! The insurance company even called themselves to no avail!!"

"Anne helped me with health ins, the ladies there when I was there were very kind and Anne herself is extremely knowledgeable about ins. Honestly she helped me alot it’s been 5 years and I sent a friend to her and she is VERY SATISFIED also!"

"The people were friendly and accommodating. I went up to help a friend of mine that has owned a piece of property that's been insured by Anne Rose Insurance for over 20 years. His place had been broken into, Windows broken, things stolen, and the house left a little in shambles. After calling the sheriff and having a report filled out I went to the insurance agent to file a claim. But the sad thing that I come to realize is that they didn't insure the home for vandalism. A cabin in the woods all by itself. You'll insure it for hail, and maybe falling elephants but why wouldn't you have insured it for vandalism? Over 20 years being a loyal customer without incident and the one time you need help and you come to your insurer they tell you, you're not covered. What the heck, out of human decency you should have been there to help. But my friend is 90, he's lost his wife to covid, he hasn't had a chance to come up to see his place in a couple years. I mean who has, with covid and all? I'm so irritated at the amount of people that will take advantage. Pay attention to what you purchase I guess. If you're going to ensure your home, make sure they don't leave out vandalism. I'm very disappointed."

"Ann Rose is an expert with everything to do with Medicare. She got me a policy premium free, it's a PPO, which I requested. She and her office staff are so incredibly kind & sweet. Please note, she does write all lines of insurance in her Agency."
