I had a flat tire and with bad weather moving in rapidly, we called them from an auto repair facility only 5 MILES (ten minutes tops!) from their location....They told us it would be an hour at the most to get the tires to us.....3 1/2 HOURS LATER, the delivery guy FINALLY showed up with the tires...no apology, no explanation...nothing) I would NEVER, EVER deal with these people again....Call ANYBODY else, but NOT CRS!!"
