"Terrible place. Placed an online order for 2 hot chocolate boxes and when I got there to pick it up, person working there said that machine is not working so they don’t have it. I asked to cancel the order and he said that I can do it on my phone. Since then I’m trying to call Dunkin management to refund my money and still struggling with it. They could have gave me a call to let me know that their machine is not working so can not fulfill the order. Instead of that they have charged my card also :( Terrible people and terrible place!!!!"
