"I just left there about 20 minutes ago. It is now 10:50 11/17/23. Whoever just made the "grilled cheddar cheese with tomato on whole wheat" should never make sandwiches ever again. It was ICE COLD, cheese just put on top of a tomato in between 2 pieces of white bread. I have a 5 year old son who can make a better sandwich so if you are looking for any employees that have better skills at making a simple grilled cheese, my son will come and train that individual for free. With all of the negative reviews about this place, I should've thought better of it. Will never see me in there ever again!"

"I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe *well done* for delivery. It came pink. I called and was told they cant cook it any further because its handmade. Went through Seamless and was denied a refund and offered a 10% discount. This is unacceptable. I do not eat undercooked beef and to being told it cant be cooked any darker is asinine. Just leave it on the grill longer, "handmade" doesnt mean it cant be cooked thoroughly. I want a refund for the burger I did not eat. Also you should post on the menu online that you will only cook your burgers medium-rare. Used to love this place and will not return until this is rectified."
