Walmart Pharmacy

"If you ever try to call them, no one ever picks up the phone! I've tried calling at different times in the day, tried calling multiple times, tried calling different days, but trying to get ahold of them is like trying to get in touch with the friggin Pope. And when you're trying to get things straightened up between them and your insurance or trying to deal with a goof up in paperwork, it makes the whole process insanely longer than it needs to be. Please just pick up the phone!"

"Went to pick up prescription at the Skibo Walmart pharmacy and realized my big mistake in choosing this pharmacy. The attendant did not seem to have good communicarion skills. After a back and forth for me trying to understand what was going on, she finally went to consult with the pharmacist. She then came to tell me that the insurance company did not cover it and that the cost was $239. With that statement she gave for concluded the issue. I called the doctor to send the prescription to Walgreens. Later I received a message from Walgreens stating there was a problem with the insurance but that they were working on it. Soon after I received another message from Walgreens stating that the issue was solved. What a difference in the quality of service!! I dont think I will go back to the Walmart pharmacy."

"This location is very busy and the staff works hard to get our prescriptions ready as soon as possible. I have used this pharmacy for years. I have seen the pharmacist take extra time when necessary to explain medications to customers. Witnessed many staff help customers with questions and finding over the counter medications on the shelf despite being busy and having some disgruntled customers who I can on only assume we’re having a bad day and/or don’t understand how busy they are and can’t see how hard they are working and kind and professional they are being to all of us. OCCASIONALLY, I have to wait a day or two for medication, however this happens at all pharmacies, especially a busy one. Thank you Skibo Walmart Pharmacy Staff for all that you do and for the patience and professionalism in which you do it!"

"I have never had any issues with anyone at the pharmacy over the last five years that I've been using them. From getting my daughter's sickle cell meds to mine has only been wonderful. One of the techs did a Godly thing for me today and that I will never forget. Every place has issues, especially because we are all human. But just like them we all have our bad days. Thanks Walmart-Skibo!"
