"I had an 8 am appointment. I was taken back to a room at 8:15. At 8:45 am I stepped out and asked the nurse when I would be seen as I had to go to work. The nurse informed me that the Dr had been held up at the hospital at would be late. Nearest hospital is at least a 30 minute drive. Nurse claimed he was now on the way. Earliest I could be seen would be 9:15 am for an 8 am appointment. I know that issues arise and Doctors are sometimes late, but I feel the staff could have at least let me know he was running over 1 hour late so I could have rescheduled and not wasted my time. I feel sorry for the other patients I heard brought back after me and lied to when the nurse said that the Dr would be in to see them in just a minute. Staff was less than helpful and rude. I would not recommend this office."

"The Doctor was GREAT! Bedside manners, explanations was good. He understood my fear of needles and was caring and gentle with the carpel tunnel test. HOWEVER, The other staffing - office administration and nurse were very cold and didn't look you in the eye or away from their computers to talk you. The nurse conversation felt forced and uncomfortably awkward. 4 stars for the doctor ZERO for the staffing. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for test results to be sent to the orthopedic even though the doctor showed me the results while i was still in their office...what is taking so long?"

"Horrible office! We had an appointment for 10:30 and waited 1 hour before the Dr even saw us. Then I fell backwards out of a chair in the patient room hitting my bad back and my head on the concrete floor. I told Unique I fell backwards and explained I hit my back and my head, her response was you shouldn't sit on that chair. It was the stool the Dr sits in. I attempted to sit in it, because I am a heavy woman and they had a wooden folding chair in there that sounded like it would fall apart on me. I then asked another worker if they could give me a different chair and explained I fell and hit my head and back. I then asked can someone could look at my head I am getting a horrible headache. She handed me the chair and said nothing. Then Unique came back and saw I was upset, I assume since I was rubbing my head and in a lot of pain. She asked if I was ok and again told her no I am not ok I fell and hit my head and back. She once again offered me no assistance. She did however on her way out say you asked if we could look at your head. She looked at the back of my head and said I don't see anything. If you feel dizzy, or worse go to the ER. This is a neurological office I received no help after falling, no one checked to make sure I was ok to drive home, no one offered me any help either then saying go to the ER. I had a child with me as well. I called to complain to Laura Corden the Practice Administrator and she said she would make out an accident report, that was never made out and find out about my visit to the Er. This was on 6-24-20. I have called multiple times to her with no call back or response. I am so frustrated with the lack of compassion from this establishment and caring about someone getting hurt on their property. I would NOT reccomend this place. I still have headaches and of course my back still hurts."

"The doctors are really good but the office staff are rude and the whole waiting room had to listen to the girls talk about how Ashley didn't do her job and what she should and shouldn't have done at 8:30 in the morning. When i asked a question the lady at front asked me who told me the info and acted like i was crazy. Like i said doctors were great but staff not so much."
