"My first visit, and my last visit. Arrived shortly after they opened so they were not busy for X-ray rule out possible fracture. Check in was easy and receptionist was nice and helpful. That was the only positive part of experience. They were not busy at all and for a visit to take over 2 hrs was ridiculous. The Staff in back were too busy socializing to provide patient care. The NP had zero bedside manner."

"This place was the worst! I went in for a DOT physical and was held up over something that no one else had ever questioned. I have some numbness in my heel and ankle due to blown disc 10 years ago, and was told I had to see a neurologist. Abigail Rooks was the first person to ever have a problem with it, and I was told it wasn’t her problem other people weren’t doing their jobs. She didn’t care about anything, except her own power trip and everyone I talked to about this had the same opinion. This is so stupid after all this time! Well, after a visit to my surgeon and almost $500, I finally got my health card, so I can go back to work. I hope this so called nurse is very proud of herself! Thanks for the additional money problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for anything. They are the worst!!!!"

"Process of scheduling online was very easy. Arrived 10 minutes early and was seen by a nurse practitioner and doctor in few minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this location for quick visits regarding illness or physical injury. Getting an appointment with my regular doctor often requires an appointment being scheduled three or four days later."

"I have visited Cardinal twice. Both times proved to be positive experiences. I did have to wait today, no surprise, it is an urgent care and I did walk in. I like that they do same day appointments. I will absolutely call for an appointment if I should need their services in the future. Clean facility and friendly efficient staff."

"I had to go to urgent care a few days ago, which honestly, I was skeptical because almost all urgent cares I've been to have been horrible. I was desperate though. I am so so glad I did go and get treated, due to having a pretty bad eye infection. Dr. Ashton McKinney met with me, evaluated my eye and thoroughly went over with me what the issue was and answered all of my questions! While I am still on antibiotics, I am feeling sooo much better! Highly recommend going if you need to! The practice has good hours (best UC hours I've seen!), clean space/office and all the staff was so nice and caring!"
