"Had one of the most disgusting coffees I ever had in my life and I'll assume it's because my order was taken wrong. I placed my order I made online just so the cashier can read it properly when I placed in front of her when I came to order in person. She still literally typed it in wrong and thus it was made wrong. And this is not the first time it's happened at this store."

"I ordered a venti mango dragonfruit lemonade, and it was good. But while waiting for the drink the barista was really rude, and old man asked for an extra lid for his 2 drinks, she gave him 1. He asked for the second one, she looked at him and rolled her eyes. She was being extremely slow and the waiting time was crazy, mind you the store was not busy. I hate bad customer service especially to the elders."

"The manager here needs a raise immediately (at least I assume he’s the manager because he is ON IT) - I’ve been working from here for two hours and he unwaveringly welcomes every group that comes in, and has such a good energy to him. Staff overall is super welcoming and kind. Working from here more often :)"

"I like their customer service… I know they are very busy, but they need to be more careful with their food. I’m posting a picture of a sandwich that has hair in it; although it was in display but it took my appetite away . I’m scared to get food there now because I might see a hair in my sandwich too, it’s coming from a same kitchen. So I kinda don’t want to get food there anymore .Coffee is incredibly good..I can’t give up on that .."
