"If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. This place has ZERO customer service. I purchased a Frigidaire appliance for an apartment that broke a few days after delivery. I called Frigidaire for the warranty repair and was told that Burritt’s would do the repair. Frigidaire scheduled the repair for a Thursday and told me to call Burritt’s. I did as they instructed. I called and left a message. They never called me back. So after a couple days I called and left a second message. Again. They never called me back. I called a third time and finally spoke to a woman who started complaining to me about Frigidaire and told me they wouldn’t do the repair because they don’t have the time for even their own customers much less warranty work. I asked her to suggest something to help me. Instead of answering me, she kept complaining about Frigidaire. I had to remind her that I’m the consumer and not her. Wow. Talk about rude and lazy. That’s no way to run a business, ma’am. Avoid this business."

"If you can get past the rude receptionist, service is good. 2 negative experiences. Went to the store to 2 years ago to purchase a part, “What do you want?”, not necessarily the best greeting but ok. when i attempted to pay with my card, “we only take cash”, they lost the sale. I ordered off from amazon at a third of what they were asking. Today, 3-29-21 Called to schedule a consult, related to a similar issue. Woman, “It is going to be a few days”, my reply, “ok, so when?”Her reply, “Because there is a bunch of people ahead of you and we are busy”, i thought there was a miscommunication, maybe she heard “why” instead of “when”, when i tried to clarify i was ok with the wait, she talked over top of me. I told her she had a piss poor attitude and she lost a call. TLDR - Rude receptionist turns away customer for a second time. Loses 2 sales, and any future service calls."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called for the first time on 10/14/20 as my fridge/freezer stopped working. I was told they were behind about a week and they’d schedule me in for the following week. Not a word. Called everyone monday for a month just to be told by the extremely rude lady who answers the phone that they are still behind and “they will get to my when they get to me.” We need another appliance mechanic in the area if this is how they are going to run their business."
