Burger King

"I messed up by walking in right after school got out. The kids were loud, obnoxious, and stood in line just to talk and not order. When I did order, the cashier listened quickly and attentively as I was annoyed, so I recited my order rather fast. Any questions I had were also swiftly answered. My food was out to me within 3 minutes. I eat BK about once every other year because I don't like most of their stuff. I had the BK spicy royal crispy chicken sandwich, and it tasted like it was made with love. That sandwich made me question if I actually do like Burger King after all."

"Zaneta the employee or manager is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, I went through the drive thru and when I put my order in I asked for “ 2 sauces “ checked my bag and of course the sauce wasn’t in there so I asked zaneta if I could please get my 2 sauces that I ordered she then tells me “ NO “ because whoever took my order did not charge me for it so than I tell her that I will pay for it, she then says “ you either get one or the other “ I said I would buy both. She then proceeds to SLAM the drive thru window in my face, mid way of me talking to her, Never in my life have I dealt with such a disrespectful employee over sauces that I ORDERED and said I would have no problem paying for. Should have never been an issue to begin with. I will not be going back to that location and neither will my friends! Extremely frustrated with this location and the rude/disrespectful employees they have working there. I work in the food industry and I would NEVER EVER treat my customers the way she did me!"

"Nick the manager was great. Had a great time with my boy who yes got a crown and started saying he is the king of burgers. Came with coupons and they accepted all of them. No hassle and very quick service. This BK is a cut above the rest! I even did a survey and got a free chicken sandwich!!"

"Just awful, they always fail at making burgers I ask for a big king and they fail doing so everytime it isnt even a big king. Barely any fries in the container, they really need to get there game together it's always the 211 burger king. McDonald's does a better job then these clowns."
