"Worst customer experience with pharmacy"
"I typically use a different location. I called at 553 pm, not realizing they closed at 6 until I heard the hours. The girl who answered the phone told me she would full my daughters abx and they have her insurance just head that way. I got into the line at 6pm with 2 cars infront of me. By the time I got to the window it was closed. I sat for a minute because this past week has been hell. Kelvin opened it back up and helped me. He was kind, patient and sweet. He said he saw the look on my face and told me to have a better week. With everyone being short staffed and over worked I didn't expect this. Kelvin, thank you so much for your much needed kindness. You're a rockstar."
