"Our waitress was terrible, failed to check on our meals , failed to refill our beverages. She had to many tables in the first place. Manager was not on the floor performing his duties of keeping the customers happy. Quality food with quality service!! I have high regard for the bartender as she filled out drinks per our request. We had hot biscuits that tasted great, beverages were awesome however main dishes needed some work. This is a restaurant that has talkative staff and by doing so neglects the paying customers. People forget: The tip you receive is based on your service!!! Experience management is needed to run a restaurant of this nature. Thank you"

"We came for a Christmas Eve dinner and expected a wait but not a poor dining experience. The food was not hot and our drinks came after our dinner was served. We felt that this was not our server's fault as she was doing her best to care for six tables that were all seated within 20 minutes of each other. The restaurant is surface cleaned but dust is evident where ever you look. This restaurant needs better management."

"Bring a fly swatter and a movie to watch while you wait. Service is extremely slow and prices are sky high for what you get. Food isn't very impressive either. The restaurant seems to have a serious problem with flies too. Like a serious, SERIOUS problem with flies. I thought it was just our table or just a couple at first but the longer we sat there the more I saw. At one point I counted 9 flies just chilling on the wall at our booth. We heard other people complaining about them too. My wife and I felt genuinely sick after our meal too so I really shudder to think what the kitchen looks like. This is the worst restaurant in Henrietta and I don't think I'll ever be back. I'm pretty sure I've gotten better seafood from McDonald's. Our waitress was super nice though. I feel really sorry for the staff."

"Took forever for the food to come out and by the time it did the crab was cold and was not fresh. There were flies flying over our food! I ordered the Brownie Overboard the ice cream was frost bitten maybe expired! The brownie was the only good part out of the entire dinner..."
