"Manager was superb communicating with employees with food, time, delegating. 2 thumbs up for this gentleman on a job well done. I am usually on the east side of the city and they could learn alot from him."

"The last 3 times I've came here they have simply failed to check the bag and make sure everything is in the bag. And this time every peice of lettuce was wilted and soggy wet which soaked thru the tortillas. To drive 20 minutes home to then open the bag and realize you've been robbed 3 times now is ridiculous. I've missed a total of 6 items from 3 trips. 2 each order. It should not be this difficult to focus on your work and not your phones or rushing it through the line. They don't even ask if u want sauce anymore or give u napkins you'd think they could at least give you what you pay for."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a mobile order and got to the window and was told “just so you know, we’re out of beef for the night.” Okay, fine. When I told them I had placed a mobile order they then proceeded to tell me “yeah, so, I don’t have beef, the beans for the 5 layers you ordered, or rice”. So, you’re still open for over an hour and you don’t have any of the items that make up 60% of the choices on your menu? Do better. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Probably the worst Taco Bell in the Rochester Area. I go there and the manager is consistently standing in the back doing nothing whilst one employee does all the work. When I started getting agitated I called out “Excuse me” and the lady in glasses walks into the backroom none the wiser as if I don’t exist. Eventually I did get angry and grabbed a cup (that I already paid for) and she told me I wasn’t allowed to go back to the Taco Bell ever again. Its a reoccurring theme at this taco bell with slow motion staff that literally don’t do anything and make you wait 45 minutes for a fast food meal. If I could give this place a 0 star I would"
