"I went to subway on Thursday 12/28/23 did not realize they were closed when I walked in and Tyler still insisted on my dinner! He has amazing customer service and the sub was perfect. I would highly recommend then when he is working he deserves a raise!"
"Bought a turkey sub and it had three pieces of turkey on a foot long sub. I hear this store is under new management. It won’t last long this way. I go to the one in wellsville and get three times the meat for the same price."
"When you go to hornell subway and end up working when you don't even work there..... I just wanted a sandwich man. Sitting there with my 6 yr old this poor kid Malik who has only worked for 3 days had a girl working with him who refused to help him when customers were waiting over an hr. She was doing dishes. When we asked her to help this poor boy she started screaming at all of us.... now I d9nt know about you but no one that works for me will EVER scream at a client let alone in front of my 6 year old god child. Then she came back and tried to kick out over 30 customers screaming at her for her behavior. Not only was it unprofessional but it was uncalled for. She walked out and I stepped into help. Idc if it is illegal this poor boy needed help. He did the cash and the grill I did veggies but with just minimal help he got that line down quick. So to subway and their owners do better."
"On Sunday 7/16/23 I visited Subway in Hornell. What a terrible experience! The man who waited on me was rude and hurried me through (I was the only customer there). The Turkey bacon wrap had only 1 slice of Turkey for $14. There was no American cheese, no cheddar cheese, no spinach wraps and the shredded lettuce was brown. I tried to use my subway account to build tokens but he just kept saying “that will be $38.23 over and again and would not let me pull up my account. This is my last stop at the Hornell Subway!"
"Literally the worst subway in this country. I have ordered there 3 times. Everytime they mess up the order, forget items, and add items on the sub I am allergic to. They are incompetent and they are lucky I have chosen not to sue yet"
