"This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant with a 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. After living in this town for 2 years I have learned that you do not stop at this McDonald's unless you have a solid hour to kill. And if that was the case, why would you get fast food at all when you could go to a sit down restaurant and get better and faster service, for a comparable price? I don't know if it's staffed by the inbred folks from the surrounding hills, or the multitude of crackheads in Hornell, but to be this consistently terrible over a period of years is absolutely mind-boggling. I know that Mcdonalds corporation provides all of the proper equipment to efficiently run a high-volume kitchen, so the fact that this staff can't put out orders in a timely manner (like EVER) just really goes to show that the management in this location is absolutely moronic and utterly incompetent"

"I ordered breakfast through the app well before the time cut off. My account was charged. I got to the store waited in an incredibly long line and by the time I reached the window they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't complete my order because it was past breakfast time. Wouldn't even give me the coffee for $0.99. I asked them to cancel my order so I could redo one in the app for $0.99. because I couldn't they finally gave me my coffee but no food. I proceeded inside to complete my order which I could not do because they didn't clear out my online order which now 3 hours later is still not cleared out but my bank account is still charged. I watched young management bossing around good employees with no direction. As expected morale was poor hence service was affected. Usually I have zero issue using my app this is the first using the store I'll try not to use them again if my app ever clears up"

"Worst McDonalds in Western NY. Nobody acknowledges you to even order food, for fast food there’s no way a cheeseburger meal should take 30+ minutes. The place is a mess and is poorly managed. At least when Tom had the place it was clean and you got your food in a decent time. Place isn’t even worth one star but it’s the least I can leave."

"I have quite literally been stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes. What the actual? I 100% understand being behind but the fact that an employee was standing outside cussing about customer service, and the entire building smelling like marijuana. Not cute."

"This is the next level of hell. Waited 45 minutes for some mcdoubles. The worst. And had 15 people working. People were actually walking out leaving their meals. Good job. Shut this down and regroup already."
