"Very rude I do not recommend at all nothing good about this store. They are cheaper than other places but to me it is totally not worth it. Very very rude. If you want something go to rent a center they are a bit more expensive but the service there is incredible."

"I had bought 2 75 inch tvs on Friday approved and a done deal paid the Initial payment and got paperwork. Just got off the phone with general manager Ken today (Monday) and he said because a nameless delivery guy saw my name and said it was a hostile situation 2 -3 years ago when he came to my house I can’t have the tvs. And I can’t buy anything from there with the credit I already have!!! So I called corporate and I’m not impressed!! Why approve me and have me pay down payment on Friday and wait til 3 pm in the afternoon to call when it was supposed to be delivered Tommorow and tell me you can’t deliver to me so your not doing the deal!!! Poor management !! They should have someone else deliver it!! Customer is always right!! Right?!"

"They are Phenomenal to work with. They have a GREAT customer service and great prices. They took a payment by mistake and they immediately made it right and were apologetic about it. Just a great business to work with."
