McDonald's

"I stopped today, went through drive through. Ordered a quarter Ponder with cheese meal. Wanted a unsweetened tea. The employee told me that they couldn't do unsweetened tea only sweet tea. I'm a diabetic and can't have sweetened tea. He asked me if I wanted something different for a drink. I don't drink Coke products. The part that makes me mad, I would of gladly took a ice water, but I've been told before they can't do that. And to make it worse, I had to pay more because it wasn't a meal. Which is what I wanted. With the increase of obesity and diabetes in this world, I don't understand if a customer wants an ice water for their drink, when unsweetened tea isn't available. They should be able to get it. And not charged more."

"Parked in spot designated for online ordering. Placed order around 3:00 pm. Waited damn near 46 minutes before our food was brought out. I get home and unload the bags only to find out they had shorted me a 6 piece nuggets and a BIG Mac. I called and spoke to Gail who was very nice. She took my name and told me to come in and she'd give me that was shorted. I went in the next day, told them who I was and was given the shortages with a smile and no problems. Thank you to Gail and the lady that was so nice to me when I went in to get the shorted food. Who ever packed up my food wasn't paying attention to the order. This is unacceptable as I had to make a second trip to pick up the shorted food. I get it that it gets busy, but it's the employees job to make sure the order is all there. That is all."

"Drive thru is the worst. Fries are always cold. They never have any kind of emotion, no “have a good day” or anything. You will wait in the drive thru for 20+ minutes no matter what. Been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt for years now. But hey. It is mcdonalds and young people who dont care, what more can i expect? Just go to the king down the road, much nicer people and faster service, and its ALWAYS HOT"

"So although 2 people on the am shift had called in that morning the only 2 employees who were there making food assisting customers both up front and drive through I was impressed with the attitudes of perseverance over coming their obstacles that day to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner"

"The atmosphere was great for a lunch with my daughter. They were updating the heating system inside and it still was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and courteous. My daughter even placed her order and the cashier was super cheerful and lovely. The lighting system is so neat and unique inside this McDonald's. Very welcoming. The food was delicious and freshly made. We had the double cheeseburgers and she got a happy meal. One of the best mcdoubles I have had in a bit. I recommend every once in a while stopping and sitting down inside this McDonald's and enjoy your meal. The staff are great. The atmosphere is calming and you can genuinely enjoy your food inside."
