"I ordered here last night after being out with some friends. I waited over 2 hours. After about an hour and a half of waiting and seeing people who ordered around the same time as me leaving I decided to try and ask if they had my order in their system still. When I asked if the woman could check and see for me, mind you in a very nice tone, she started yelling at me acting like I had done something wrong. I understand that they were extremely busy. I have worked in food service and I was not trying to be a problem however the way I was spoken to was disgusting and outright rude. After the woman yelled at me for asking saying I have to “suck it up” one of the workers came over and he realized how long I had been standing there and automatically started making my food because the order indeed had been lost. He was extremely nice and a prime example of customer service and the only reason I’m leaving more than 1 star. The lady could take a tip from him. Not sure if I’ll eat here again after this."

"Went on New Year’s Eve, one of the workers tried fighting a customer. My order was skipped and when I asked about it the 2 workers got into an argument and started threatening each other. So after 45 minutes I just left with no food."

"The food is good and prepared fresh to order. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can order on a kiosk in the store or online. I did 3 stars for atmosphere only because it's a college pizza-ish place. It's clean and well maintained."

"Cole from the fredonia do dough amazing customer service. When my door dasher neglected to bring me the correct order. Cole came to the rescue and figured out a way to get me my food. 5 star service in my eyes."

"This place is blast, sometimes they play cool stuff on the TV while you wait for food. Food was fantastic!"
