"SLow in all aspects. 2 lanes for drive thru and waited for 3 cars to give order in other lane before being asked for my mobile order. When finally at pickup window was given wrong order. Finally given my order and fish sandwich was COLD and chewy. Thankfully fries were hot."

"Food lacking, self order portal system slow and obnoxious, and their location made the front counter feel inaccessible. I don't want to feel guilty for ordering the quick convenient way. The self ordering kiosk should appear as an attractive option to avoid long lines, not a guilt trip. Maybe put it off to the side?"
"Wherry disappointment! Their ventilation and exhaust work so poorly that they are forced to open the door in a place where people eat! And it's very cold then have a cute lunch! They don't have a chicken and fish fryer! This is a terrible management job inside a restaurant! Just awful and embarrassing. I hope the McDonald's boss finds out about this terrible franchise management but probably management don't care."
