"Customer service is lacking severely. My husband dropped the ball and forgot to pick up parts he had ordered in January. No excuses, I'm not proud of him. When he finally remembered in March, he had asked me to go pick them up. Unaware of the situation, I show up at the warehouse and ask to pick them up and I'm met by 3 very grumpy gentlemen scolding me for my husband's mistake because the parts were returned. It took about an hour to reorder the parts (should've been no more than 20 minutes because they had the original order to go off of with all of the information), during which I kept apologizing for my husband and continued to get scolded. I paid for the entire order upfront so that the same situation wouldn't happen, in how's to rebuild trust. My observations during the visit consisted of 3 very grumpy men sitting and twiddling their thumbs while talking about topics that did not involve work. I was appalled by the unprofessionalism then, but only today I decided to leave a review. The reason for that is the experience my husband had with them earlier today. He came in asking "can I order some parts?" To which they replied with "You can go away". He turned around and left."

"Have worked on euro and other foreign vehicles in this area for the past 18 years and imparts is by far the best for these cars, if not in stock they get for the next day in most cases. Have never had an issue returning a defective part, counter people will ask the questions that need to be asked to get the correct part."

"I’ll start by saying they are knowledgeable and sell quality euro parts. I’m not coming on here to bash them. I’m not complaining about prices. Usually when a lot of people call them it’s because no one else has the part or you want quality so it’s not about price. I’ve been working on euro cars professionally for a long time so I’ve used them a lot. The problem is getting a part warrantied they give you a very hard time and if they sell you the wrong part they blame you. They are pretty good so it’s not super common to get the Wong stuff like auto zone or advance but when your working on euro cars it’s not like domestic cars. A lot of times with euro cars you can have 3 different parts that go to one car and they get pissed if they send the wrong stuff. Other parts stores will say “im sorry I’ll send the correct stuff. We spend a couple hundred grand a year on parts, if it wasn’t such a hassle to deal with them they could be getting a lot of that money. Again I’m not bashing them or telling people not to go there because they do have a good product but come on guys learn some customer service. And it not just me I know a ton of shop owners and shop managers that say the same thing"

"Great place for import parts. They have OEM parts for much less than the dealer and in stock. Been going here for 10 years. Just call to get pricing and availability. They are sort of a door in the wall place. Have got parts for my Vw, SAAB. and Subaru. Mostly European stuff."

"So I call for a gallon of G13 fluid & never thought to ask for the price but never thought it would cost almost double of what it cost at the Audi dealership so I returned & later got a nasty phone call from the owner swearing at me.
