"Total fail. Wanted to use this pharmacy since I shop at this Harris Teeter store but they could not fill a simple Rx for amoxicillin! Rx sent from Dr office at 9:00 AM. Stopped in at 10 AM and they had not received it yet. Called two hours later and nope, not yet. Called Dr office to confirm correct store etc and they told me this pharmacy received and confirmed. Called pharmacy back and was told a porky pie about electronic prescriptions taking longer. Called Dr office again and asked them to resend to Publix. Had my script in 20 minutes after that! Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere!"
"After looking for multiple places to fill my child's prescription, I was able to fill it here and they were able to confirm that I could use GoodRX. Instead of the $50 listed price, I was told when I arrived they would not honor that price. Although every other pharmacy is happy to honor that price (trying to find a pharmacy closer to home). I was told they would be losing $150/ prescription on the generic form of the most basic medicine of its kind. I do not recommend this pharmacy if you have an option to go anywhere else."
"There have been a few times where I am prescribed a new medicine but this pharmacy never has the medications available. Today my 4 year old had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin and was prescribed a new antibiotic and now a steroid. I was there 4 hours ago and was told they were waiting for the data to come through. She told me I would get a text when it is ready. Nothing yet. And I have a 4 year old with a severe ear infection and a swollen neck. I tried calling but nobody answers and the menu items replay and you have to keep pressing the numbers all over again. WHAT A PAIN. I chose this pharmacy because we shop here a few times a week but it has really gone downhill. We will go back with Walgreens, especially for our children's medications that usually need more urgency -_- at least Walgreens tells you how many mins (USUALLY 15 mins) it will take instead of this nonsense."
"I recently called and asked their staff to help me transfer my prescription to their pharmacy. They did all the work and were so friendly and efficient! Picking up the prescription when it was ready was also quick, efficient and helpful. I had a great experience and am glad I will be continuing to use this pharmacy!"
"Shopping experience was pleasant. Signed up for evic card. Checked out using Kroger gift cards. Not accepted. The attachment to the gift cards showed Harris Teeter as a place that would accept the cards. Service desk person called Mgr. Do not accept. "I can't do anything at my level. Call corporate to see how to handle them." Why didn't they call corporate? Don't shop there if you have a situation that is out of the norm. "Just because Kroger owns us doesn't mean we accept their gift cards.""
