"Approaching an auto shop can be unnerving as you hear stories of mechanics over charging or selling/fixing unnecessary things. This is the complete opposite at Chips. After moving to Hamlin area we wanted to find a trustworthy shop to perform work on our cars that we couldn't do ourselves. From great customer service, timeliness, reasonable prices, and most importantly trustworthiness, Chips knocks it out of the park. I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a trusting mechanic. Will be taking my family's cars there for work for as long as Chips is around!"

"Chips auto never answers there phone. They want to run a business but won’t answer the phone. Kurt in the office is always overwhelmed and that is all he does. There is another lady in the office at times. Between them both they cannot handle the job. Chip is a nice guy but doesn’t get it done as well. Nice people but don’t recommend. Won’t ever go back. I’m big on customer service. If you’re paying for it you should get it."
