"First time at Chili's in over 20 years. What a difference. Portion sizes are way smaller, prices are triple. Ordered 2 burgers and the bill with tip was $35. They come with a very small portion of fries. It's becoming impossible to find reasonably priced restaurants."

"We were seated almost immediately and the service was great. I hadn't been to a Chili's in years, so I was looking forward to a different menu. We each tried something different and the food was great. If I'm in the area, I know where I'm going."

"When I walked in with my family we were seated right away which was awesome. Our waitress was good and came right over. We ordered our food and it took more than 30 minutes to get to our table. When I got my chicken crispers they were cold and over sauced. The fries and Mac and cheese were the only hot and fresh tasting things on the plate. Someone else I was with didn't like thier burger. They said it was super bland and had no flavor at all. The staff was nice about the whole thing and gave us a discount which we appreciated. The staff was awesome but the food was not. I think you need a new cook."

"We had a party of 6, we were seated promptly, and the atmosphere was amazing! Our server Alexis was very engaged, great knowledge of the menu, and even helped me find something gluten free off the menu. She was great with my grandchildren, and very accommodating to us!
