"Facility and service were just fine, however. My son ordered a whopper, I had a classic chicken. Both items were just absolutely drenched in mayo. We both ended up taking 1 bite and not finishing the sandwiches, since we were on the road, there was no returning to the store. It was absurd, like a joke meant for a coworker but it was served to us instead."

The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the new Clarence Service Area (I-90 westbound, mile marker 412) in Clarence, NY is now open to the public. The location is the eighth new service area to open to Thruway customers as part of the $450 million project to redevelop and modernize all 27 Thruway service areas. The Ardsley, Plattekill, Clifton Springs, Iroquois, Indian Castle, Chittenango and Junius Ponds Service Areas have reopened. Clarence Service Area The Clarence Service Area is located on I-90 westbound between exit 48A (Pembroke-Medina-NY Route 77) and exit 49 (Depew-Lockport-NY Route 78). The facility is more than 14,000 square feet. The location is the first to reopen that offers separate amenities for the commercial trucking industry.
