"Had a discrepancy with using a warranty within the service department. There has been a miscommunication a few times. If you have a warranty that was not purchased here they have no way of keeping it on file. We had been under the impression that it was possible, just not ever being put in the computer. Now we know, we have to tell them that it exists each time the truck goes for service. I'm glad they called us to straighten it all out. We were quite annoyed to keep getting told stuff isn't covered by warranty and then come to find out it actually is. So just a note for anyone else that might run into this in the future."

"The service department has always been great help to me, I just called last week to schedule an oil change, inspection and an open recall, Kyle was professional and got the appointment set up within a week and on the later part of the day. I them had to call back and reschedule and again, very professional and rescheduled the following day.
