"The service was incredibly slow. The food that came out was cold. The order that they forgot, came out when everyone else was done eating, and that food was still raw. Finally, I asked for horseradish for my roast beef on weck, which I don't think I should have even had to ask for, and it came completely dried out, like parmesan cheese. Just a horribly bad night for them."

"New to the area we decided to try this restaurant out for the first time, we got in there and it definitely was not what we expected very tiny inside, we ordered and our waitress (Christina) was very rude only came over 3 times in total I had to flag her down to get our drinks refill, had to get up just to get boxes for our food. I will never go back here again as the experience was very poor and the staff doesn’t seem to care about its customers. If you are looking for a sit down place to go this is not it I wasted $70 here wish I could get it back cause the food and experience was not worth it."

"Delicious Italian Food! They have some of the best Italian food around! I'm lucky enough to live 3 blocks away! Try this! Chicken Parmesan Sub, ask them to add some mayo, green peppers, onions, and extra mozzarella! You will be blown away!! Thanks so much guys!"

"Stopped late for fish fry and was blown away! I picked Ottos because it was close to airport. Fish was light flake and super Crispy. Ottos will be first choice for fish from now on. Server was super nice and did a great job. Loved the old school look of the dinning area. Super comfortable atmosphere. They have patio for outside dining. No chance you will be disappointed if looking for classic buffalo fish fry. Wish I could give them more stars."
