"Fav restaurant on transit! We go here a couple times a month since they opened again and we love it. The food here is consistent and good quality. We always order sausages and chicken schnitzel and sauerbraten. Love the sides too but don’t typically order the apps. Awesome beer selection lately it’s a little confusing what they do and don’t have but still good pick overall. The servers here are always fantastic as well"

"No one in our party really liked the food all that much. Here's the truth, if you want a German pub just for the sake of something different, and that's totally fine, then this may be perfect. We had lived in Germany several years and we're hoping for reasonably authentic food to, you know, bring back all those happy times... But we didn't find it. So, we were disappointed. It's clean, the service is nice, the beer list is okay, I think there's a lot of things to like, but we were just disappointed by the experience because I think we are hoping for more than could be delivered. We knew we were in trouble when the two kinds of mustard on the table were Frenchs and Webers.... Which isn't to talk trash about these two fine products, just to say that we were maybe expecting something a little more special from a German restaurant."

"Service was fantastic, our server was very attentive and nice. The food was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t have more than a couple of bites of the schnitzel burger, definitely the worst burger I’ve ever had. My buddy’s Rueben was extremely small and dry, not worth the money at all. The pretzel was very dry. The only upside was very cheap beer, 23 oz for $9 hayburner is a steal."

"The food here is amazing! That's all you need to know. ;) ... Seriously, though, this is by far the best German restaurant I have been to... and one of the best restaurants period. It's clear that the chef at Schnitzel & Co. puts great care into his creations. All of the food was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right, and plated beautifully. If only I had enough room for dessert! The service was excellent too. Our server was prompt, polite, friendly, informative... and everything else you'd need or want. I also appreciated that the chef took the time to swing by to get our feedback. :) Though not as sophisticated as a fine dinning establishment, the atmosphere was pleasant at Schnitzel & Co. was pleasant. The hardwood floors and furniture helped sell the central European vibe while the large windows provided enough natural lighting to avoid the dark dungeon feeling you can get from similar restaurants. It also helped that there was generous room provided for each table and that the tables and chairs were reasonable comfortable. My one complaint was the "Halloween decorations" - by which I mean cobwebs. One the whole, the place was clean, but there were a few corners that needed some touch up. It wasn't enough to spoil my dinner, but I could understand others being a put off by it."

"The host sat us right away at a high-top. He was great and pretty much ran the floor. The food was okay, and our server left a lot to desired. We needed to wave him down for everything and never asked how the food was."
