Reviews of Tim Hortons
"Good food fresh coffee and donuts free parking and wi-fi"
"I ordered an XL coffee, 3 cream three sugar in the drive through. The drink was handed to me in a cup that was crushed on the lid, but I couldn’t tell because the lid was “on”. We just started to pull away and the lid popped off and hot coffee spilled all over my hand, my leg and my husband’s hands while he tried to help me. This is the second time this has happened to me in just a couple of weeks, I didn’t write a review the last time because unfortunate things happen, however, the fact that it happened again and all it really takes is for the server to NOT use the cup that is crushed. A little extra care would be appreciated especially because I have burns all over my hands and legs."
"Super professional/Quick & didn't get my order wrong lol"
"Wife had Chili, GREEN TEA & a Bagel & I had a Black Medium Coffee & a Ham & Cheese Sandwich. Very Good & a Great Staff. Very neat. You must come and see for Yourself. Ray and Margie H."
"It was a tough morning. I was up off and on through the night with a dog suffering from the after effects of eating something that he shouldn't have. I'll leave the details to the imagination. My fitbit tells me that I got approximately 3 hours of sleep. Great. But, I still have to run my shop, so need to muscle through. Tim Hortons is on the way, so time to load up on carbs and caffeine. Looked at the menu. Oh hey, something new. Honey ham breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. Sure, order that, a side of hash brown sticks and a Diet Coke (don't judge, I already had 2 cups of coffee at home). This was right around 8:35 this morning. Roll up to the window, and wait. And wait. And wait. Total wait time right around 4 minutes, which is a relative eternity in this world. Woman opens the window and hands me my bag, and mentions something about the croissant being seriously hot. Ok, that was weird, since I definitely didn't order a croissant. But because I was still in a brain fog, and didn't want to annoy the folks behind me any more, what actually came out of my mouth was "ok, thanks." Roll into my shop 20 minutes later. This wrapped up croissant is still crazy hot. And the wrapper looks like the first picture. No, I did not sit on or in any way crush this bag during the drive. Open it up, and there's the second and third pic. It basically looks like pastry road kill. Pic 4 is pulled off of their website, and what such a thing should resemble. Because I was feeling brave, I actually took a bite of the thing. It was like there was a pan of melted butter laying around and this thing had been soaking in it for a day. Yes, I know croissants are supposed to be buttery, but this is on another level. Ok, toss that in the garbage, and move onto the thing that caught my eye 25 minutes ago. My everything bagel honey ham sandwich. Can't wait! Unwrap this surprise package, and am greeted with picture 5. Looks suspiciously like a biscuit. Taste it to be sure. Yep, definitely biscuit. But, there are two upshots here. They didn't screw up my Diet Coke, and I'm not having to clean up after my dog again. So, East Amherst Tim Hortons, thanks for the drink, and for being ever so slightly better than liquid dog stuff. Edit: All pics didn't upload. Just imagine disappointment"
