"I orders churros, these are not churros, and unfortunately not cooked all the way through. Also ordered the nachoritto, use to be good but now everything seems to be bland and nachos came burnt."

"This is the worst restaurant in the city. They have gotten EVERY order wrong that I’ve made in over a year. I keep trying here and there bc their food used to be amazing. But EVERY order is wrong, and I’m sick of paying $30 per meal for the wrong food. Everything I’ve ordered has had missing ingredients and has sometimes not been cooked all the way, or has just been plain gross to the point that I wonder how unclean and haphazard their kitchen is. I just ordered a nachorrito and despite asking for all the toppings, it was just beans and rice inside inside a tortilla. I also ordered a side of chips and vegan queso and the queso was just orange water (see photo). It was repulsive, I would never feed something like that to someone. I once ordered a bunch of loaded tacos for a family get together and they sent tortillas with handfuls of lettuce and onions thrown in a box. I rarely if ever post reviews but this has my blood boiling. I will never order from this place again. How are they still in business?"

"Ordered steak tacos online, the steak was completely different from what I’ve ordered in person. The quality of the food you get when you order at the restaurant is completely different than when you order online. I was so disappointed with the steak, it was cold, bland and had no salt or seasoning."

"I don’t want to be this person but this was not a good experience at all. Starting off, I have never been at this restaurant ever. The atmosphere when I walked in was bland like the food, there was a family sitting there that I guess are part of the ownership of the restaurant that told us to place or order on a tablet and then nothing there was no welcome in or nothing. Then there was a women screaming to her Alexa changing the music every time there was a song that she did not like, there was a confusion of what was going on at the restaurant. Then we get to the food, which leads me to be leave that there is no experience in the kitchen, the meat in the quesadilla had not flavor just grease and meat, the queso was so watery and bland I didn’t understand.The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking as there was drools of sauce on the walls and food all over the floor, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I know for fact I will never come back to this restaurant and your money does not go far."

"When entering you order on a screen and check out there as well so there's not too much to say on customer service. The food came out in less than 10 minutes and the food was really good. The Birria tacos were sooo good and the other person with me said their chicken nachos were enjoyable. I would NOT recommend the churros though as they didn't look like churros and tasted just all sorts of wrong. I would've reviewed higher but the restaurant itself is not very clean, the tables had reminisce of food on them and the chairs really could've been wiped down. The bathrooms were absolutely gross. Which makes you wonder what you can't see in the kitchen. I would recommend ordering food here, but next time I will probably order to go."
