"The employee was rude. He rushed our order & then put his coat on and went outside for a cigarette. Left the place unattended and 2 new customers came in and had to wait until he was done with his cigarette! Never going here again"

"Absolutely AVOID this location. I ordered 3 subs at 1:45. I waited until app said it was ready. I went into the store and got told I had to wait because there was a line. The worker hadn't even started my food yet. What was the point of ordering online if I had to wait for everyone in the store. I will never return. Awful customer service. As of 2:30 pm I still don't have my food after 45 minutes waiting."

"When I walked in the tables were dirty, a dead fly on the table. I thought maybe they had a busy dinner rush so I over looked the tables being not wiped down. I should have known better and walked out. The food tasted bad, veggies looked horrible and expired. Will never come back to this location. I threw my sub in the garbage . No refunds given either. Didn't want to hear my complaints."

"Horrible food quality, and even worse service. Veggies were browning, wilted and in no way should have been used, but they were. They give you a hard time about making a proper quality sub like you would get at other locations. We had to ask repeatedly for a bag and napkins as we already told him it was to go and he gave us a hard time then would only give is one despite multiple orders. Our last experience at this location was the same however we gave it another chance and it was even worse. Cutting corners on quality and service to save you money is effecting business and not following suit with the other locations and their quality and service will catch up quick! Please improve quality of both as they were less than acceptable both times."

"The guys there are great. They always remember that my son has allergies and often remember what he likes. They make you feel very welcome. The owners could take lessons from how friendly the guys are. Sad that I have to change my review. We go the extra distance to a different one now. The girl that works here doesn't seem like she wants to be there."
