"This is one of my favorite restaurants that I come back to whenever I am craving the salty, tangy & spicy dish, Fish Fillet W Sour Cabbage. It is delicious with white rice and the portion size is huge. I always share it with my sister or I’ll have leftovers to take home. It comes with plenty of fish and the texture is so soft and silky. The sour cabbage is a little bit tangy and it is perfect with the fish and rice. The dish is not too tangy or spicy. They have hot chili oil on the tables if you want it to be spicier; it is also tasty. Mao’s Braised Pork Belly was extremely tender and it melts in your mouth. Our dish was delicious and there was none leftover. It could’ve used a little more vegetables as we were a group of 3 and we only had 4 bok choys in the dish. None the less, I would order this dish again."

"The food here is incredible! Our server was knowledgeable of the dishes and guided us well, based on our questions. The spicy & sour soup was very hot/spicy - as the server said it would be - but it was also the best hot & sour soup I’ve ever had. The dishes were plated well and portions were generous. Great prices too! The only reason we gave a 4/5 on atmosphere is they obviously spent their time and money inside the establishment, as the outside still looks like a Pizza Hut. However, this is a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. Fantastic find!"

"If I could give a 6 star I would. I got the #141. BBQ pork buns for appetizer, very soft and fluffy outside with very savory and flavorful filling. I ordered Chef Special # 108 - Braised chicken with potatoes and pepper (BIG serving, enough for 2-3 very hungry people, maybe even more). It came with house made noodles which came out a little later than the dish. These were obviously very fresh, thick noodles that added more than I thought was possible to the already amazing dish. It was on the menu with one pepper for spicy which there was definitely a little kick but not too spicy for those spice averse. You can also tell them to make it less spicy, their service was extremely accommodating!! The dish along with the staple #134 Lo mein (chicken) and #103- Mao's braised pork belly were ALL to die for! Food came out quick, service was also quick, patient (big menu to look through) and offered us boxes which were done in a jiffy as well. I can't wait to go back and try more of the amazing menu!"

"Newly opened Chinese restaurant. We ordered nourishing lamb stewed noodles, sichuan spicy chicken, and fish filled in hot chili oil. Sichuan spicy chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. I think this place's spicy chicken is the best in Buffalo so far. Lamb stewed noodle, one of the most popular menu in this restaurant, was also very good. I was satisfied with a soup which the soup was deep and thick. Fish filled in hot chili oil was nice. I will try more dishes from this place in the near future."
