Joe's New York Style Pizza 92 Niagara Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150

"I specifically ordered a pizza with oil and garlic in place of sauce as I am allergic to tomatoes. The employee taking the order then stated so you want our white pizza. I specifically stated that I wanted an oil and garlic sauce in place of the tomato based.sauce, Not the specialty white pizza. What I received was a specialty white pizza which was not what I ordered. When I called to explain - the employee snapped back at me that there weren't any tomatoes on it. I agreed that there were not any tomatoes on it and attempted to clarify but the employee reiterated her comment that it didn't have tomatoes on it. I again attempted to explain that I ordered a pizza with a base of oil and garlic. She snapped back at me and stated they didn't make a pizza with an oil and garlic base. I asked for the owner and was told he hadn't returned to the establishment. I tried several times throughout the afternoon but to no avail. Had I simply been informed that the shop couldn't fill my order as I wished, I could have ordered from another establshment or chosen another selection. Needless to say I was charged for a specialty pizza which I did not order. Only 3 slices were eaten as no one wanted ricotta on their pizza. Unfortunately, I won't likely be ordering again. Also, I asked for a square cut pizza which it was not, instead I was told they made smaller slices which amounted to the same thing, which it is not. I did think the crust was good though."

"This was my first time ordering Joes. I ordered online using slice. Went flawlessly. I’m not from NYC but this was very good. Good cheese sauce crust. Crust was very good this was a large 20”. I cut it into 16 slices. Came originally 8 gigantic slices"

"The menu is wrong and man there was rude when i mentioned it and that he is to honor the price marked on it. Stuff steak slice is $10 and yet special is $10.60 for 2 slices and yet they won't honor what menu states and said to many menus to cross off, yet they still didn't fix it on menu hanging up. sorry its wrong but not the consumers problem and they wouldn't. pizza was good but due to service and attitude I won't go back to recommend it to anyone had better pizza elsewhere!"

"We already knew we loved Joe's pizza and wanted wings tonight. I wasn't expecting great wings because the pizza is so good (most places it's one or the other that's good), the wings were PERFECT!! Cooked well and nice and crispy, great BBQ sauce and the mild were great too. Pizza was awesome as always."

"Ordered our food online order was to come with fries garlic nots and coleslaw so we get the food and the fry’s are cold and rubbery the fish is burnt and dry my dog wouldn’t even eat it!!! And no garlic nots or tarter sauce. So for $40.?? We got some dry nasty fish to throw in the trash."
