Wendy's 3513 McKinley Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14219

"I just ordered on the app. A combo, some nuggets and another sandwich. Pull up, ask to change my drink (app doesn't have free style) and she says I don't have one. It's on the screen, I can see it. She finds it, asks what I want, and I tell her "mellow yellow zero with peach flavor". She asks me to repeat it 3 times. Fine. Let's get it right... I pull up and she hands me one without peach.... The combo sandwich was the best item I got. I was able to remove the rock hard bottom bun from it's time under the heat lamp. Whatever. Happens. The chicken sandwich, I couldn't bite through... it was so over cooked. The nuggets were also rock hard and cold. Clearly, incredibly old. No one would eat them. And she didn't include the dipping sauces. Or a straw for my drink. I'm cool with a mistake here and there. But with this girl, there's nothing right. And the kitchen is putting out literally inedible food."

"I ordered a Cobb salad. Found some of the lettuce was slimy so I took it back up to the counter. Had 2 people come over and I explained. They both just walked away. One came back and said they were making me a new salad. No apology, no new fork, new dressing (I had used both as I had eaten 3 or 4 bites before I hit slime). Poor customer service for sure. Didn't ask if I preferred a refund or new salad. Did get salad mix, just straight iceberg. Very disappointing."

"I had to bag for six bucks and the hamburger was small and it was a double hamburger with chicken nuggets that was not cooked at all. I would never go back there again at Wendy's at the McKinley Mall."

"No dine in, sign spray painted in front of door on wood says drive thru only. We were only car in line, food was ready in about 2 minutes after ordering, which was cold and just not that appetizing."
