"Stopped in for Ciao's Valentine's Market last Sunday! The whole team is awesome, and the drinks are wonderful. It's a true North Buffalo gem."
"Awesome experience. I came in last night with my friends for my birthday and had an amazing time. The food, drinks, and staff were wonderful. I truly enjoyed myself."
"Ciao is the perfect addition to Hertel Ave! Their unique cocktails and perfect sized portions are perfect for date night or happy hour. We’re hosting a private event here this winter and can’t wait. I’d definitely recommend!"
"Previously had this at 5 stars, but the past 2 or 3 times going have just made me not enjoy this place anymore. First off, this is allegedly a cocktail bar. But their cocktail menu is small and it seems as if only one of the two bartenders ever know how to make the cocktail, so your waiting for awhile, even if it's not busy. To go with the comment above, my most recent experience was going in at 11:30 on a Friday night (they close at 1am), and trying to order a cocktail. Before we ordered, she said they were slammed earlier but clearly the rush was over with as there weren't many people there. I guess the bartender was just tired of doing their job so she said "We are no longer doing cocktails".... literally the word on the window. It's as if Chick-fil-A said they were no longer doing chicken because they were tired from the dinner rush. I understand it was busy earlier, but it clearly wasn't then and there was basically no one there. We weren't even trying to order crazy cocktails. Just stuff I could even make. But it was pretty much beer, drinks neat, or tonics. Insane. This place has so much potential (great atmosphere, great food) but their bartenders/cocktail menu are holding them back. If you want good cocktails where they'll never say no and taste just as good if not better, go down the street to Lloyd's. You won't regret it."
