"Took forever to place an order because they prioritize door dash and mobile orders instead. They CANNOT toast your sub, so don't ask....what sub place can't toast subs?!?! Tables were dirty and not wiped down."

"Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!"
