"We loved Bela Ciao! In town to see Jim Gaffigan. We found Bela within walking distance of Sheas. Quiet and private booths and tables. Excellent management and staff. Delicious food. Live entertainment! This was the perfect start to our evening. The food is delicious. My only complaint is that our coffee was not piping hot when ordered later that evening. Amazing deserts. We love Buffalo and Bela Ciao!"

"Bella Ciao is a decent restaurant inside the hotel Embassy suites. The ambiance is quite beautiful and the seating is comfortable. There is a bar area that you can enjoy and depending on the night. There is a live piano performance for your entertainment enjoyment. Bella Ciao could be so much more, if the food was more homemade. To me I feel this place is more of a high class Olive Garden. I would come back, but it would be more for the drinks than the food. Lobster Mafalde- Lobster Cream sauce, with asparagus tips. Entree was decent, but could’ve been better if everything was made homemade, and not packaged and heated up. Also the pieces of lobster was dry and tough. Cocktail- Envy of All, delicious smooth bourbon cocktail, with a trace of sweetness."

"Nice Italian restaurant in downtown Buffalo. I’ve been to Bella Ciao for dine in and takeout. They have happy hour specials on select food and drinks.The menu has something for everyone. Personally I’ve tried a few vegetarian dishes the garlic bread, wild mushroom lasagna, rigatoni and arancini they were all delicious!! For you meat eaters my hubby says the chicken parmigiana and meatballs are amazing !! They have decent portion sizes so make sure you have an appetite."

"Had a wonderful dining experience with my family and my wife. Food was excellent. Portions were big which was nice to be able to take some food home. Cesar our server was very friendly, personable, and attentive throughout the evening. Would recommend. Will be back. And the live singing tonight was very good! The singer was excellent."
