Although the drive-thru employee did not know how to put the lid on the cup and was unable to fill it with soda without spilling it all over the outside of the cup. Greeter by this really awesome energetic name Chris - amazingly friendly totally motivated- welcoming everyone and asking them how was their meal as the customers were leaving!!! I have never seen anyone like that before in fast food industries. He proceed to address the customer warmly by name when the food is out. Food were super fresh and delicious. Fr8es were well made, hot and crispy. The turkey Swiss sandwich was very good. This location is quite busy. But this is definitely one of the best Arby's I have ever visited. Kudos!!"
