"The food was fine but there was a group of teenage boys in the diner the entire time we ate being loud, yelling and making a mess. Eventually the staff asked them to pick up their mess but that was it."

"Stopped in for a beefy 5 layer burrito for my pregnant daughter.( She loved it) was told I had to use the drive thru because the lobby closed at 9 when the sign said 11.."

"I've gone in there 3 separate times and each time the employees told me that they weren't taking anymore orders because their slow and suck at their job. If I owned that store I'd fire everyone and hire all new employees. People that aren't there just to collect a paycheck. Or maybe the manager should care a little more to get to get the service of their store up. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed like most of the other ones in wny. I will never go to this location again and I recommend no one else does because you'll just be in for a major disappointment."

"When ordering in person, it would be nice for the person taking the order to speak to the customer... not the person on their Bluetooth ear bud.. terrible service when you have to wait for them to finish their conversations just to order. She even left the drawer open to pop the safe for ones. I'll go elsewhere from now on."

"Terrible had to wait in drive-thru for 40 minutes they gave me mixed chicken not what I wanted at all my portions for my large sides were smalls in a large container and to top the cake they forgot my biscuits I ordered the 12 piece meal with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Make sure you check your bag at this location also maybe just park and go inside so you can make sure your order is correct definitely ruined my family's night gave them a chance after awhile and was reminded why I don't eat there."
