"Let me just start by saying what an amazing woman Kim is!!!! We first encountered her while going for a walk with our 3 kids in the mall. Our kids ran right up to her and gave her a hug, and said hello. She was so happy to take a moment and talk to them. My wife and kids were getting ready to walk away when she comes out of her store with 3 Easter baskets. One for each of the kids! She was so sweet and so kind. I couldn't believe it. To add on to all that she also opened up a wagon to help us carry the kids and her gifts to us back to our vehicle! She went above and beyond anything you would expect, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality when it comes to customer services and a great product.
