"Had heard so many good reviews from locals about the new restaurant that we took the one-hour drive to check for ourselves. Couldn't have been more pleased! We ordered Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection! The gravy was delicious (real sausage in it!) and the serving was generous enough for leftovers this morning. The hashbrowns were crispy but not greasy. Our friends ordered the Western Omelet and a Chicken Cordon-Bleu sandwich,, and both gave their meals two thumbs up. The service was welcoming, prompt and attentive. Loved that everyone (patrons and servers) was friendly to each other--even to people who clearly were strangers or, like us, visiting just for the day. Can't wait to find a reason to dine at the Parkside again--and definitely will stop by next time we visit Letchworth State Park."
