"Staff are rude. The breakfast sandwiches are NEVER toasted and cold. Ask a simple question and some girl is on a high horse answering with an attitude when she wasn’t even the one taking the order to begin with. You might as well order something and tell them to just make it how they want it because that’s how you’re gonna get it."

"Early morning person was very rude. Went through drive thru and when I got to my destination my coffee was not right. Went back and went inside and when I explained my coffee wasn't made right I was rudely told if I wanted it made right I should uave made my own. I was the only one on drive thru at the time he should have gotten it right. Won't be going back to this one. Exit 9 dunkin in Avon has be at better service."

"Coffe was hot and fresh. Went inside but they seem more focused on drive through orders. Had to wait for a simple cup of coffee. Drive through might have been faster despite the line."

"They are always short staffed, which it looks like they have more people there currently. The staff always has great service. My coffee is always on point (for the most part) at this location. Got a dozen donuts yesterday and they were just about out of everything."

"It took 30 minutes to get a cold brew and breakfast sandwich at this store today. It usually takes them awhile but 30 minutes is ridiculous, especially when I get a 15 minute break. Then they were rude to me for saying something. No question they were hustling. It's not the employees fault but the management. I'm going back to McDonalds. They are cheaper anyways!"
