"Went into the store 10 minutes before closing and asked for two parts which I previously viewed online and knew were available. I was told by the employee who seemed annoyed I was there that both parts were in their warehouse and I was given a very high price to deter me from buying it. When I got home and looked at their site the tie rod and belt I was looking for were labelled as "available." Oh and the cost for the tie rod was $21.00 and I was told that it was $67.99 which is true for a higher end part that also was "available." And, yes I did have the proper store selected when checking inventory. Clearly the associate just didn't want to be bothered by a last minute sale. I'm an Advance person and this was the first time I was giving a NAPA a chance and it is the last time."
