"This shop is a clown house. They don’t communicate from one shift to another and have zero customer service. Couldn’t even fix a small exhaust clamp after they previously looked at it and said no problem would be a quick fix. Rude unprofessional staff working behind the counter who think all their customers are idiots. I wouldn’t take my demolition derby car to these wanna be mechanics. Do yourself a favor go to a real shop with people who do what they say."

"Waste of time, fist of all the didn't have my name on the schedule after I called 2 weeks in advance for an appointment. Brought them my truck with a very obvious puncture hole in the Muffler. After not hearing anything back for 6hrs I called them. They told me "Sorry we didn't call you back, your truck is ready". Show up with nothing done as they claimed it was not the muffler it was the manifold. Brought it to local mechanic, new muffler, good as new."

"My son needed a new muffler and tail pipe for his truck !! We called all around for cheapest price !! Cole Muffler on Ridge Road and Abbott !! I called this morning at 8am and was greeted with a very nice gentleman!! Told him what I needed and asked when can I bring it in he said right now !! Awesome 2 hrs later the truck was finished and the cost was the exactly what they quoted me !!! Nice guys working there and true to their word on price !! Truck sounds great !! Thank u for a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to come see u for any muffler or tire needs !!!"
