"I was this locations first customer, I accidentally showed up before their grand opening for some tires but they got them and installed them anyways. I needed an alignment and some other small work done and they found a couple things I may have kinda not repaired correctly myself lol and repaired those as well. The regional manager who was present to help get the location up and running refused to let the GM charge me for labor as I was their first there. It made a return customer of me and they continue to do good work as recently as two weeks ago."

"Oh okay, long story short I had the worst experience with this company but the one on Eastchester in High Point. I actually was sent here by the district manager. Today, I came in for a tire issue but Dan noticed a problem with my break pads; front and back. He gave me straight forward information and of gate I said to him proceed. I was about to stress out at first but I was very much relaxed with Dan, he made me feel relieved because of the experience I went through in the past. Thank you so much Dan for your services and I will return again!"

"Very nice customer service. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. My low tire alert had been coming on in the mornings and I mentioned it to them. They rotated the tires but didn’t check the pressure. I had to go back and have air added. Also they do not top off fluids with the oil change. It’s just an oil change. They will call you and let you know what else needs to be done to the vehicle which is good. Clean place with nice people."

"Nate is super nice and friendly. Nate could have got me to pay $250-$300 for a new Goodyear tire for my Mercedes. I have not had my current tire long but it went flat. I asked him if it could be repaired and he was honest and said yes. I appreciate the awesome customer service and honesty. He also educated me about some features in my car I did not know it had!
