"This place needs to be shut down or completely restaffed. Never is the food hot or the order correct. Asked for quarter pounder with cheese and a buttom bun, no seseme seeds and I got a burger with cheese in a container, no buns, nothing but burger with cheese sauce dumped over it. When I politely brought it back for the correct sandwich, the manager said it was my fault for asking for a bottom bun substitution, they've never heard that before so they just assumed I wanted a bowl with a patty in it. Stupidity at its finest. Never going back and trying to locate the actual owner to let him know why his parking lot is always empty."
