"Had a spinach pizza that was wonderful. My companion had a chicken supreme sub that she said was delicious. Plenty of left overs. For some reason, it says Genessee, but it’s Rix Country store on Ellicott Rd."

"Ordered some mozzarella sticks for delivery *through their own website*, set to be delivered an hour later with email confirmation. 1 hr 20 mins later, no delivery has been made, so I called. They had apparently just gotten my order then and said it would be another 20 minutes until it could be delivered. Lunch is only half an hour long, so I asked to cancel the order and was told they couldn't do it over the phone, and since I had not made an account when I ordered there was no way to pull up the website to cancel it that way so I was stuck with the sticks I wouldn't even have time to eat. I did not receive the order until 40 mins later (1 hr late from original delivery time). The sticks were at least warm, but we never had any issues ordering online before today."

"Very disappointed. I was not aware the place was under new management and I will not be going back to the North Buffalo location. I ordered a pizza (which I was looking forward to since I haven’t had Rix in a while) and went to the store to pick it up, and was told that I never called and placed the order there. I specially made sure I called the right location when placing the order because I’ve made the mistake of calling Ellicot before. The man I was dealing with had a very distinct accent and I told him I called and placed the order with him about 10 minutes ago. He told me he didn’t take any orders and then picked up the phone right in front of me and called the Ellicott location and replaced my order. He hung up and told me they had my pizza. I walked out and called the Ellicot location and cancelled the order. They confirmed that he had placed the order for me and was clearly confused. Such a shame. From the reviews I’ve read, it’s probably a good thing I didn’t get my pizza as I’m sure it wouldn’t be the same as I remembered."
