"Orderd a roll with cream cheese at the drive thru and 15 min later gave it to the co worker who ordered it to find out it had a long hair in it, after calling the store the lady say that it's impossible there wasn't any ladies working in food prep, so basically she said I was lying. Screw you"

"This time hortons was amazing. 10/10 for customer service, time management, friendlyness, the atmosphere and the food and coffee were absolutely worth every cent! I went through the drive through at 10am and ordered dozen old fashioned glazed and they had them freshly made for us and glazed within ten minutes and they were just so on point. The man delivered them to our car and was so friendly and nice I should of given him a tip for his service. He made all of us laugh a few times and just made the experience such a treat for us. We will be back for the awesome food and amazing service. Kudos to Tim Hortons for having this worker on their team. He's a good one."
