"I take my 5 yo daughter here often, but usually go drive through. On our recent visit we decided to go inside to eat. My daughter ended up spilling her drink and making a huge mess. There was a gentleman who promptly came over to help clean it up and could not have been more friendly and courteous. 5 stars to that hero."

"This McDonalds has the worst customer service ever. Not to mention will not accept any paper coupons anymore for some odd reason. How can they charge 3$ or more for a medium fry and give you this? Just ridiculous definitely has gone down hill."

"Wow... I go through a few McDonald's a month and allow me to congratulate you guys on being the dirtiest and most unfriendly McDonald's in the country. The staff would rather chat and fool around with eachother than do there job. The dining room looked horrible and the parking lot was pitch black dark."

"We ordered a plain double burger, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a plain chicken sandwich with pickles. The food was fine, but we had asked for sweet and sour sauce with the sandwich. The worker who took out order forgot it, and we didn't get it. When we asked them about it, all the workers started making a problem about the sauce, so we paid and left, begrudgingly. The food wasn't even that good either. Just go to the McDonald's in Arcade! Don't waste your time arguing with the employees please!"

"This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I understand they are shirt staffed but that's no reason to be rude to customers. While there I witnessed a woman's tray that was stacked so high when she grabbed it and turned around her large fry fell off. When she asked for a replacement they told her the manager told them to tell the woman they don't have to give her another one. They also told me they aren't taking cash counter service and only drive thru and kiosk but the kiosk only takes card. When the woman mentioned they forgot her sandwich they slammed it on the counter. I was able to get some video recording of some but this mcdonalds is the worst I have ever been to."
