"At this particular Taco Bell they seem to be really slow and not in a hurry to get your food to you, I have ordered online and always go inside because believe it or not it is quicker than waiting on the drive thru. The employees never seem to be happy and if you look on the floor where food prep is happening it always looks like it needs to be swept."

"STAY AWAY! I've spent over an hour at this location waiting for food. They've messed up every single order from the drive-through & inside orders since I've arrived. Lots of angry upset customers. Apparently, this is a common issue at this location. The employees are rolling their eyes & cussing in the back. There is no organization & management is unavailable to speak too. We were told we had to order through the kiosk. Fine, we did. Then we were told the kiosk timed out & they had to manually re-enter our order. We've been waiting 45 minutes since then. A door dash delivery person says it is always like this at this location. We've now requested a refund & they claim they don't know how to do a refund. It's been an hour! Zero stars or negative stars!! Employees should NEVER treat customers this way!! Management should always be available. Employees should be trained."

"I've been coming here my whole life (20+ years ) as I live right down the road and have never been disappointed, recently after many price increases that left me wondering if I should eat out anymore... The last 3 times I've ordered a Doritos loco taco combo they don't even come halfway filled, spending 23$ to get my one 12$ combo delivered and it's like eating an empty shell. I've heard excuses about how fragile the shells are yet this was never a problem before as long as they've been selling them. The cardboard shell protector is meant to do just that. I guess I'll find something different as it's happened too many times. And with it being the supreme version there is plenty of ingredients to fill it up."

"Good food fresh an hot. Order a small amount an came out quick. Honestly taco bells/ other locations are doing alot better then other chains. Also if u have a big order it takes time. I get fast food. But you have to give credit to the ones that make the food. It seems easy but when ur rushed it's not. Thank you taco bell"
